If you receive the message. "Request failed with status code 504.
This happens if for some reason your environment crashes and is no longer available.
To fix this problem you need to execute a Restart of your environment.
After clicking restart. Please wait a few second. Then click Refresh. Once the status goes back to active. Please wait a further 20 seconds. Then click Connect agin. You should be able to access your environment again.
We will in the background investigate any such issues that occur in our logs to evaluate the root cause of the crash / environment unavailability in the first place.
If you still cannot access the environment after performing this restart procedure please raise a ticket with our support desk and we will investigate further.
